Rcruiter are delighted to introduce a brand new opportunity! This is an exciting and challenging role. Our client requires someone who has experience as a Senior Data Analysis essentially with some experience in logistics and / or international eCommerce.
The key function of this role is to work with other stakeholders to bring a greater understanding of supplier performance and capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
Understand all SLAs and KPIs for each destination and customer • Measure weekly and monthly performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • Report and escalate when required • Support delivery solutions team with detailed information on supplier performance • Support all new service implementations working with stakeholders from all teams • Work closely with Customer service and Sales team • Support & improve Delivery Solutions Reporting and monitoring • Support & improve SLA and KPI monitoring and management • Understand costings to a detailed level
Essential Skills:
Analytical thinker with close attention to detail • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with expert level in Excel • Commercially aware/astute • Innovative and customer focused • Ability to adapt to rapid change • Ability to identify and implement process improvements • Team Player • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Comfortable working on own initiative

Salary to £40,000
Currently remotely based but offices are based in Central London so you must live within commutable distance to Central London.
